Our Story

Jennifer Onwuta holds a B.Sc. degree in Radiography from University of Calabar (2006), M.Sc. degree in Medical Imaging and MPhil degree in Medical Imaging Physics obtained from University of Calabar in 2008 and 2012 respectively. She has major research interest in Radiation Safety and minor research interest in Effects of Hyperglycemia on Cancerous Cells, Effects of Proton on living tissues, Assessment of fetal anatomy using ultrasound, improvement of imaging outcome in diagnostic imaging processes. She has worked in many clinical settings where she acquired a lot of clinical experiences and skills. She was the Radiographer at the Crystal Hospital, Lagos, Nigeria from 2010 – 2012.

She was a Consultant Radiologist at Niger Hospital in Ibadan, Nigeria and many other hospitals. She was the Chief Radiographer at ICN Biomedicals Diagnostics Centre Ltd, with 16 branch offices around Nigeria. She has attended many conferences, seminars, symposia, update courses and workshops where he presented papers. She was the Special Guest Lecturer for World Radiography Day 2018 (Lagos State Chapter). Onwuta J. O. is presently a reviewer to the Journal of Association of Radiographers of Nigeria.

She founded House of Aura Limited with a Team of Investors and Healthineers, pioneering importation, distribution, configuration, maintenance and repairs of Oncology & Radiology equipment as a front burner. She is a reknown trainer for Radiography interns. She leads the Board of Directors as the Managing Director and Chief Radiographer since 2018.
